Question about 2001 Chevrolet S-10
I have a 2001 4L Chevy S-10. I want to change the fuel filter (original!). However, the replacements don't look like the original. The one on the vehicle has 2 lines going in and the replacement filters have just the one standard opening for lines going in.
Sounds like your truck has the flex fuel engine. engine code 5. a flex fuel filter has the additional lines like you say your truck has. the last flex fuel filter I purchased was about $40 from napa. standard filters are alot cheaper in price.
