Question about 1991 Honda Accord
Depending on where you purchased the wires and the quality you may have a factory defect wire set. I would take them back and exchange them. Also if you haven't changed the plugs I would also do that. Something else to look at is in the intake where the breather connects to the engine, spray carb cleaner in this opening. This is called the throttle boar. After spraying it, use a rag on a screw driver to clean it out. This will allow the sensors to read properly. Otherwise this doesn't sound like a major problem.
