The fuse panel consists of fuses that should not be blown and relays. A test light is a very handy tool to check both sides of the fuses.

SOURCE: where is the fuel filter

This year and model does not have a stand alone in-line filter, the filter is on the suction side of the fuel pump inside the fuel tank and under normal conditions is only replaced when the pump is replaced (comes with the new pump). This true of all late meodel Chyrsler Products.

bad blower motor resistor is why the fan only runs on high. air in cooling system of blocked heater core is the reason it isn't hot

I have no dash lights in my 2006 jeep liberty renegade. I cant see a fuse for this. what else could it be

Most likely, you have a dial or switch to adjust the brightness of the dash lights. Make sure it is not turned all the way down. Also, on some Chrysler vehicles, you are also able to override (turn off) the overhead interior lights by turning it all the way down, so you can leave doors open without draining the battery. If that is not it, there is a fuse for your dash lights. Refer to your owner's manual for the fuse position in the fuse block, as well as the correct type of fuse and amperage rating.
