I recommend using no more than B20 (20% biodiesel) unless you are willing to replace some fuel lines, because pure biodiesel can dissolve them over time in vehicles not designed for biodiesel.
The fuel filter issue is also correct on vehicles that have been running on dino diesel. Consider getting both filters changed shortly after you switch (maybe 1000 miles or as soon as you notice any driveability problems).
