? Where is Blower motor resistor location on 1977 Buick Electra limited.
Generally they are located inside the air duct so that the cooling air from the blower keeps the resistors cool. Some vehicles have a cover over them that enables you to remove them without removing anything else, while some vehicles require the whole blower and duct to be removed to get access. If there is not a small cover located somewhere under the dash in the ducting, then most likely your one requires the whole thing to be removed.
SOURCE: location of blower resistor
The 96 LeSabre Custom and LeSabre Limited use an electronic module in place of a blower resistor.
It is under the hood on the firewall on top of the heater plenum, but below the relay rack.
They tend to short and run on high until the module burns out and then it quits.
The same part is used on many high-end GM cars from 92 to 96. The electronic module has two connectors on it. (If yours has only one plug it is a real resistor pack and not electronic.)

The resistor is located on the blower housing on the firewall under the hood under the relay center boxes.
SOURCE: Low speeds on Blower Motor do not work.
this is caused by a burnt out blower motor speed control resistor module.
SOURCE: location of blower motor control module
Its just above the blower motor on passenger side on housing. Goes in from the top side hidden, by cover on firewall.

Under the glove box, there is a removable panel. pull the panel, to access the blower motor and the control / electrical wiring. The resistor looks like this------>>>> cost about $30.oo at most auto parts stores.
