You need a service and repair manual for that vehicle, about 15 or 20 bucks at any parts store, and some librarys.

Here is a diagram of the serpentine belt for the Maxima. I don't have instructions on power steering...

it uses a spring loaded tensioner.use a breaker bar to rotate the tension and it should just come off.if u need a pic or anything else to do it let me know,
