It depends, is it antifreeze or clear water? It could be condensation from the ac. Sometimes you can get under the vehicle and use a probe in the drain. It would probably be the best to clean out from inside, if that is the problem?

Sounds like the door gasket or trunk gasket is not sealing.
You may have to take it to a body shop to find the problem.

Drivers side front and back carpet get wet during heavy rains. Could it be a clogged drain. Sometimes I hear water sloshing when I apply the breaks.

check the drain hose for the heater hose that is on the outside of the firewall if its not pluged make sure there is no rust holes in the floor boards. get garden hose and spray around seams of doors to find any leaks

Leakage on drivers side floor board

Cold, too...
The A/C drain tube is clogged.
Raise passenger side with jack & support. or use ramps.
There is a tube under the firewall. Use a straighted-out metal coat hanger (corkscrew end) to clean out.

Have a dry towel handy ... your face will get wet.

Wet floor board.

Buddy J has one possible problem solution. The other thing that can cause water on the floor board of the passenger side only os a clogged up a/c drain. Locate the drain and blow compressed air downwards not upwards or else you will clog up the system and make your situation worse

Floor board on passenger side door gets wet when it rains. i am sure a vent drain is clogged

The drains in the wiper wells are probably clogged. You need to remove the plastic 'vent screen' under the wipers to clear out the debris. Remove the wipers and a few screws, not difficult at all. Also, under the hood, you will see a vertical tube on each side of the car under the wiper wells. These can be removed from under the hood without removing the wipers, but you will probably have to clear the wells anyway. What happens is the water backs up and enters the car through the fresh air inlet and comes in around the blower fan. Good Luck.
