I suggest you get a voltage tester and see if you are getting any voltage to the light socket & to the fuse hole for the lights if not it's a electrical or wiring problem. Hope this helps.

try the fuses or wire fuse links , the only other thing in the circuit is the wires broken or the light low switch is bad

Which fuse should i change for my headlights ?

Look at your fuse panel board either under the dash board on drivers side or possibly under the hood depending on vehicle. It will tell u which fuse is for the headlights.

Or from the sounds of it... Possible head light bulb burnt out and not a fuse. A headlight fuse should not be popping or burning out. I would suggest looking at the filament on the bulb to see if intact. Replace broken head light bulb with working other working headlight to eliminate one possibility. If it works buy a new bulb. If it doesn't look at fuse panel.

How do I diagnose why one of my headlights will not work?

the h 7 bulb is a quartz halogen bulb and if touched with the bare fingers has an extremely short life
you have to use gloves when handling the bulbs as the oil from the fingers reacts with the glass when in use and blows the bulbs
they will also blow from bad/ loose ground points and if allowed to arc ( as in welding ) will fail quickly
you should get 12 volts to both bulbs at one terminal while the other is the grounding wire
check for problem relays in the power wire

My 2007 headlights wont turn on

It is hard to say without checking your headlamp electrical circuits, but it sounds like you may have possibly installed the wrong bulb or installed it incorrectly and possibly blew a fuse.

I have a 2004 dodge ram the driver side headlight low beam does not work..The high beam works sometimes.I can't find a fuse or relay for it and its not the bulb please help.

if the other side is workin then it wont be the fuse, i could sugest what you can do is run some wires from the working light to the one that isnt working, they use the same fuse so it wont blow it, you can get a bulb and put an erth wire and a live wire to it and test the connection hope this helps

2001 subaru outback headlight not working

chapmnfarm: your head lights use a "2" fuse system.
one for the left and one for the right.
The fuse box you are looking for is under the hood on the passenger's side. It is a black box roughly 8 inches long and 4-5 inches wide. When you remove the cover, you will see fuses and relays. What you are looking for is the section in the box which has a cluster of 7 fuses. 3 in one row and 4 in the other. On the outer parameter are two relays. The fuses you are interested in are located in the row of 4 fuses, with the two closest to the "L" shaped part of the box. Both of those should be 15 amp fuses.
The fuse below those should be a 20 amp which is the lighting switch and the one below it is a 15 amp which is for the interior lights and the clock.
Check your harness grounds in the engine compartment near the area you have the problem. There are ground wires which come out of the harness on both sides of the core support. The wires are black in color and have "EYES" crimped onto the ends of the wires. Both of them will probably be located about 4-6 inches below the upper tie bar on each side of the radiator. Odds are that the eyes will be large enough to pass a 6mm bolt through.
I hope what I have given you will resolve your problem. Lem me know,,good luck>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
