Question about 2002 Chrysler Concorde
Stuck in gear. Was at about 3 1/2 RPM's just going 40-45
Shut it off and restarted and ran fine.
Check engine light is on.
There is a faulty sensor or valve. Sounds like a valve. The best thing to do, is take it somewhere that can diagnose the trouble code. Autozone can I believe, and they can tell you exactly what's going on with it.

Without pulling a code its hard to say. Most likely a speed sensor causing the transmission to go into limp in or default mode due to not recongnizing either vehicle speed or input speed. Rec. replace speed sensors or pull code and properly diagnose vehicle. Limp in is second gear on this car so thats why rpms are high, its only meant to still be able to move car until repaired. It could also be other things too but ive seen plenty of speed sensors that are cheap to buy go bad.
