Question about 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe
My back window will not roll down All other windows are fine I have a 2005 Tahoe
Not much info you gave....manual or power? I either way, if it is power, your switch may be bad in the door panel....most pop off and you can disconnect it and reconnect it to check it. Unplugging the battery for up to 5 minutes also helps in resetting relays.
If the switch works then it is very possible that the motor has gone bad. If it sounds like it wants to go down, then the motor is bad.
If manual, the nylon roller could have jack-knifed in the window glass sash. Removing the door panel will be able to let you see what is really wrong.
