Is it running contant, or for 3 seconds with key on engine off. If its constant no pressure is being delivered. You may just have a bad new fuel pump. Very common for aftermarket pumps to not work correctly. Did you open the line to see if its pumping before the fuel rail or push the bleeder if you have one on the rail. Open the gas cap and listen when someone cycles the key

My datsun 20Z engine starts but will not rev up or run under load, kind of acts like it is starving for fule but have plenty fuel pressure

Sounds like a fault in the fuel system and most likely your fuel pump. I'm not familiar with the 20Z but the same will happen to a number of vehicles. If you're removing a fuel line to check volume that's no good! you must check flow with the system pressurized. The car is now in default limp mode perhaps running on an auxiliary pump only. This allows you to get off the road in the event of a pump failure. Hope this helps.

Ford 3930. tractor died after running rough for about a minute. turns over but now it wont start. has plenty of fuel in the tank.

Check the flow at the fuel pump,a filter generally doesn't go bad/plug up within a minute so it may be the pump.Check flow to the pump from the tank also.

) Unplug the main relay and then turn the key from off to ON(II).

2) Use a jumper wire or paperclip to jump terminal 1 to terminal 7 in the main relay plug. Does the fuel pump run?

I installed the thermostat facing the block. is that the correct way to install?still not getting heat may be blocked core

Yes , you installed the thermostat correctly. However, I have installed a brand new thermostat from an auto parts store and it did not work.So...
  • pull out thermostat, place in pan of water and put on stove or barbecue grill and heat it up. thermostat should open when water boils.
  • if thermostat is functioning, reinstall.
  • check water pump for water flow
  • flush radiator and replace antifreeze
  • leave car running in park on warm day and see if electric cooling fans come on.

Installed new fuel pump, new electronic lift pump, 2 new fuel filters, new glow plugs, and a few new fuel lines. Truck starts and runs ok till it warms up then when putting it in a pull like going up steep...

The next step is fuel flow measurement. your description sounds like fuel starvation...this test focuses on volume over time.

Probably, you would have good flow, that would taper off and no longer be enough, after a short time...

Sounds like a hamster in a wheel

After about 3 - 4 years, a powersteering pump accumulates a lot of metal specs, once they start building up, your pump starts choking, and wont be able to let the fluid flow through and basically fry itself. My advice, have a shop, drain and flush your power steering pump / fluid. You can even do it yourself, but it requires 2 people; Lift front end up, on jacks followed by stands, unhook the powersteering pump line, turn car on, and have your friend, mom, father w.e turn the wheel from left to right, let the old fluid drain out, one old fluid is out, pour NEW powersteering fluid into the pump, you will need to let it flow through, so it flushes itself out. Remember to put a large pan underneath where the pump is so you dont get fluid everywhere, be prepared to buy at least 3 - 4 bottles of fluid. Let 2 bottles run through, then put the pump line back on and fill 'er up.

Then your done, drive and see.

Disc on front wont bleed after pumping pedal, rears did.

Loose bleeder start front right, with engine running, press the pedal if not fluid on both or poor flow , loose one end of flex hose, and see if You have fluid coming, if not, flex hoses, have to be replaced,
