Question about 1999 Dodge Ram
Just installed a brand new lift pump. it sounds like its running but there is no flow. and yes ive got plenty of fuel.
Is it running contant, or for 3 seconds with key on engine off. If its constant no pressure is being delivered. You may just have a bad new fuel pump. Very common for aftermarket pumps to not work correctly. Did you open the line to see if its pumping before the fuel rail or push the bleeder if you have one on the rail. Open the gas cap and listen when someone cycles the key
