SOURCE: Location of oxygen sensor

The only thing that comes out of the exhaust with a wire coming from it, is the oxygen senser. It is right behind the manafold.

SOURCE: not getting fuel, replaced fuel filter and pump,

fuel pump relay on driver side fender look for cluster of relays you will need a test light to find pump relay but you can make the pump run under hood at relay if everything is OK good luck

1987 dodge ramcharger 4x4 318 w/ edelbrock 4bbl carb, weiland intake manifold will not turn over. have spark, have fuel delivery, cranks with pedal to the floor. Just backfires out of the carb. help!!

Back fire out the carb is a sign of timing issues. Either yours is off, or your timing chain jumped a tooth.

I have a 1981 ramcharger 318 4 barrel edelbrock carb. it starts fine, drives well for about 15 min but dies. dies quicker when 4 barrels kick in. about 2 min after dying it will start up fine and do it...

Those rattly noises are detonations, caused by a very lean mixture. All the other symptoms indicate that the fuel flow to the carb is too low. Since you have replaced the pump and the filter, the only other things left to check are the lines and the tank sump. Or you could install a much larger pump.

1987 dodge ramcharger is leaking fuel from carburetor, is there a kit to fix the carburetor?

Yes, check at local auto parts store, but they may have to order it, seeing how everything is pretty well fuel injected now. Look for a tag attached, or at least some numbers, make of carb, such as holley or carter, 2 barrel or 4 barrel etc that they can use for reference.

sounds like a fuel supply problem
I would be concentrating the efforts in the carby area , possible water in the carby , blocked main jets-
bad /wrong fuel( diesel mix from the bowser) I don't believe that it is electrical from your description
