My 1995 chrysler new yorker wont start. i turn key and get nothing. battery is charged and starter does not crank.

If the dash lights up, but no crank, it could be the anti-theft system, or the neutral safety switch, among other things.
Have you tried cranking it in neutral ? Do you have power at the starter post ?
Does everything else work when you turn the key on ?

Son's 1992 New Yorker, changed battery now big electrical issues

You need to check all of the fuses in your glove box and the relays behind it. You will need to remove the glove box to get access to them. There are relays under the hood as well and they all need to be checked especially the ASD one which is left side toward the cab end one. Since your transmission is stuck in one gear this usually means it is limp home mode and needs to be serviced or replaced. Check the fluid to make sure it is not brown and has a burnt smell. If it does then most likely it needs a new one.

Turn signal on driver side won't blink

usually either the front or rear bulb is burnt out the indicator in the car will stay on when engaged. If the bulbs are good then you probably have a bad relay which is one of the little black squares in your fuse box. Your owners manual should tell you which is which. Hope this helps.

I have a 1990 Chrysler New Yorker. The turn signals don't work. When I turn on the hazard lights they work. I believe it is the relay fuse for the turn signals. The one I cant find is not located in fuse...

If the lights work with the hazards, your problem is not a fuse. You need what is called a multifunction switch. It is the switch that the directional arm goes into. It can be difficult to replace,

Hope this helps

Heater blower motor just quit working during heavy rain.checked all fuses glove box and under hood;gm told me it was a relay behind the blower motor panel.ps 1992 Chrysler new yorker salon how do i replace...

The rain had nothing to do with it. What ever GM told you was a quess, unless they worked on it. You never change parts until you know their bad. Have to at least know how to test relay, if you do find it. Stop by dealer, they will come out and remove it for free

1988 New Yorker, the radiator fans inoperative, fan's tested ok, relay?

the relay would be a good start. it should be located in the fuse box in the engine compartment near the battery. you may also look for a brass fitting/sensor that screws into the side of your radiator. basically it is used to turn on the fan when the coolant reaches a preset temperature.

Can't find flasher for blinkers on a 92 Chrysler New Yorker.

If you have the Owners Manual for the car look up flasher and it will show you a diagram of the relays so that you know what you're looking for. I own a 1992 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue and the flasher relay is located right above your glove box on the passenger side. You have to unscrew the glovebox casing with a phillips screw driver. Once you have this unscrewed there are your fuses and two sets of relays. One relay set that you can see on the right side (this is not where the flasher relay is) and one that is up more in the dash and closer to the inside part of the car by the side of the air condition controls. This is where the flasher relay is located. You can slide the whole casing of relays up off of the metal hook that it is held on by, and then pull it down and out so that it is easier to work on. There should be two square relays and two circle relays. When holding the case of relays, the two square relays are on the left and the two circle relays are on the right, it will be the top right circle relay that is the flasher relay. This took me forever to find. I hope this helps all of you so that you don't have to rip your dash apart like I did.
