Question about 2003 GMC Envoy
If you have your owners manual, should be a section in there on resetting the light. You may also want to try this method... With the ignition off press and hold the button for the trip meter reset, while still holding this, turn the ignition to the on position (don't start vehicle), you should see either the maint light start flashing (if this is what happens then it should go off after flashing a few times, then you can release button and start vehicle) or there should be a few lines where the mileage shows up, these lines will flash and start to countdown and disappear, then it should show "oil life 100%".
