Its called a clock spring on a ford. but you have to pull the steering wheel to replace. I recommend a professional be contacted to do the job. as the tool requirement is somewhat specialized. you have to beware of the airbag also. I highly recommend not driving until repaired.

Horn won't work on a 1994 buick lesabre and i don't have a fuse diagram

if the horn doesn't work it is most likely the rotating ribbon circuit contract under the steering wheel called the "clock spring contact", the circuit runs along a plastic ribbon and that breaks from all the turing of the steering wheel over the years, then the horn button is no longer connected to the horn circuit.

Why does my horn not work when i try and use it? what could the problem be

Either your horn fuse is blow, the horn itself is shot or the steering wheel switch is bad. It can only be one of those three things.

The horn quit working and the air bag light is on. Do you have an easy solution to this problem?

no easy solution the steering wheel has to come off there is a piece under the steering wheel that all the wires travel through to power the air bag, the horn and steering wheel accessories, this power ring has broken needs to be replaced , the two plastic covers around the ignition also have to come off easy job.

Airbag light just started coming on, and goes on and off intermit

When the airbag light is on it means a fault has occurred in the system and the airbag diagnostic monitor has disabled the system, the most common problem that turns the light on is a break in the connection to the steering wheel mounted airbag, this is due to a rotating ribbon contact that breaks under the steering wheel that connects the airbag to the wiring harness and the diagnostic monitor, the part is called th clock spring contact, a coiled up ribbon electrical contact that turns with the wheel

Horn blows when steering wheel is turned. Is is a short?

this is caused by a defective/shorted rotating ribbon contact under the steering wheel called a clock spring, to replace this part u must disarm the airbag remove it and the steering wheel and then replace the clock spring, this is a dealer only part.

HORN DOESNT WORK

a very common cause of this problem is the steering wheel mounted horn button looses it's connection to the horn circuit due to a defective ribbon rotating contact under the steering wheel, the special clock spring shaped ribbon wiring harness is what allows you to turn the wheel and still have a connection to all steering wheel buttons and the airbag, to check this listen for a click when u press the horn button with the engine off, it will be faint but if u listen closely u will hear it, if u don't hear it u will ned to replace the Clock-Spring rotating contact under the steering wheel. I am a Ford factory trained tech with 20 years of new car dealer experience.

Horn will not blow

most likely the airbag/ horn rotating clock spring contact under the steering wheel has an open circuit in the ribbon, this is the most common cause.
