Under the dash of your truck there is a temp sensor. Get as can of compress air and do you best clean out the back side of the dash.

The A/C system does leak over the year. If the A/C is not up to par then ask for a pressure check in a A/C shop.

DO NOT go to a do-it-all repair shop.

If you want to save money then you may try the R-134a can unit.

Make sure you get one with a nice and clear dial display,

DO NOT over fill the system.......it will make it leak faster.

DO NOT buy sealer of any kind. it will really seal the valve shut!!!!!

Heater blows cold air

This is from Lifewire: If your heater was blowing lukewarm instead of cold, a thermostat that was stuck open would have been a potential cause. Another common problem is when air gets into the cooling system. Since the heater core is often the high point in a cooling system, air can move into it and become trapped.

1996 dodge stratus just replaced. The thermostat , fast trip down town , could hear it boiling agin

probably didn't bleed all the air out of the cooling system and now yo need more coolant
was the thermostat the real fault or should you have done a compression test first to check for gasket or cracked head

2003 buick regal,starts,runs but dies

Check coolant temp sensor. If bad, it will make computer think the engine is still cold, causing excessive fuel delivery and flooding. These sensors can be removed and tested (see instructions in shop manual)

Over heats then go's cold then gets hot then cold fast then hot slow then rigt befor it over heat it go clod agin

What you are seeing is the thermostat opening and closing as the coolant heats up within the system. This, in itself, is normal. However, NORMALLY, you will not see such radically fluctuating temps on the gauge. This problem is usually due to a low coolant level in the system. This results in air being trapped in the system and that is what causes the radical gauge swings. Check the coolant level with the engine cold; fill the coolant and add coolant to the reservoir as needed and recheck.

My traction control light came on after installing an Volant cold air intake on my 2006 CADILLAC XLR V HELP ME PLEASE

Most likely the air induction probably needs to be programmed into the ECM. But also you may have jounced a wire that has a connection to traction control and it is setting it off. Otherwise, you may have a standard trAction control problem that has to be addressed in the shop.

2000 NISSAN 4X4 P/U A/C SYSTEM WILL BLOW COLD WHEN OUTSIDE AIR TEMP IS COOL, WHEN HOT OUTSIDE AIR BLOWS HOT.

your auxillary fan is not working. this fan is responsible for cooling the freon that is being circulated in your cooling system... check if there are any loose wires in front of the engine bay.

the auxillary fan is located right beside your radiator fan.

Heater blows cold air then hot air then cold air. but mostly cold air

Check your coolant level. Especially after you drive it and it starts to cool down. You have air in the system and it needs to be purged. Sad to say but chrysler/ dodge are bad for this problem. Some times you have to remove the hose from the heater core spout to get it purge correctly. You have to do this while it is running.

Not getting cold air out of A/C

Freon is low, go to walmart and buy a R134 kit with guage attached (not very expensive. Connect it to the low pressure side of the A/c system (don't worry the connection won't fit on the high pressure side) Read the guage on the kit and add as neccessary. It truly is that simple.
