Question about 1993 Chevrolet Beretta
I have a 1995 Chevy Beretta with a 2.2 litre that I race at my local circle track. Complete engine rebuild.Shaved deck.New head.Performance cam and pistons etc.
New TPS and cable.New O2 sensor.New coil packs, plugs and wires.New MAT sensor.
Occasionally no power to start, will start when crossing starter. Think that is the Neutral start switch. Can you confirm though?
Bogging on acceleration. This is the real issue. I will get about half way to to the floor and it will start sputtering. Also, the first spark plug on the left looks like it is getting enough fuel, but they degrade from there. By the third plug, it looks very lean.
Engine idles like a champ in park and neutral. It has the power to do what I want it to, just need to get the acceleration issue fixed.
Any ideas? Thanks! Mary Gregory
