Sounds like a transmission problem. If the vehicle is having the issue at a high gear then I suggest you take it in and get the tranmission flushed this may resolve the issue and only cost about $60.

2000 ford windstar has a bad stumble when idling like it's missing accelerates fine when reaches cursing speed acks like it's missing also my cruise control stoped working

If your Windstar has the 3.8 liter engine, you are due for head gasket replacement. Just had mine done. The cruise control failure could be due to an open fuse or speed sensor failure.

Transmission surge at cruise

check the rpm and road speed when this happens . The cruise control will increase to keep RPM constant but as the road speed drops the auto may be shifting down and as the rpm increase it shifts back before the rpm adjusts. You can override a cruise control in this situation by simply pressing down on the accelerator to maintain the power setting and road speed and when the situation is passed and you take your foot of the accelerator the cruise control will return the system to the set position without you needing to do anything

I've been having problems with my cruise control, 2006 Ford Fusion SE. Sometimes it will set correctly and sometimes it doesn't. At times if I brake hard I can hit the off button and it will set...

cruise controls are funny things
you have to accelerate to a speed then turn it on and press set
It will cruise at that speed
if you touch the brake it will unset and you will have to press on the accelerator again to the speed and pres resume
if you want to accelerate to pass just press the accelerator until you have passed , then just take your foot off the accelerator and it will coast until the set speed
if you change gears , it will unset
if you touch the brake , it will unset
if you have it set and find the speed to fast , hold the set button and it will slow down to the speed you want
let the button go and it will set at the speed
if you want to go faster than the set speed press the resume button and it will speed up until you get the speed you want
from your description of the problem , it appears that you have misread the instructions in the owners manual

The car is not passing enough gas to and it makes my car buckle

Is it stumbling and hesitating when you hit the gas or go uphill, but OK at idle or light-throttle cruise? If so, change the fuel filter - it's clogging up and can't meet the fuel demands when you ask for more gas (like going up a hill or accelerating).

Problem is you can't adjust it. Chk the Throttle position sensor. They get worn in one spot and affect acceleration smootness.

2004 F150 truck accelerated on its own into traffic

Have the cruise control module checked. They recalled some about improper wiring and fire hazards when the vehicles are parked; but in motion problem might cause vehicle to act like cruise was kicked in.

Turn key, on, off, on, off, on & leave it on (not start) & count check engine flashes. 2 digit codes, for example: flash, flash, flash, pause, flash, flash., is code 32
