The fuse box itself is really hard to access and you can only feel them not actually see them. changing fuses one by one would be extremely hard for me as i'm disabled.
If you have found the fuse box then you can visually identify it. If you take a new fuse you will see a small piece of metal connected in a U shape. When the metal is broken then it is bad. It may be accompanied by a slight burn mark as well.

It's appalling - never seen anything like it on any previous vehicle. What did you do in the end? I've been Googling and you are the first person I have found mentioning that the dashboard fuse box on the 2007-2015 Citroen Dispatch / Peugeot Expert / Fiat Scudo is difficult to access, let alone how you go about it.
