Someone removed all of my fuses in my 2004 Hyundai Tiburon in the fuse relay box and after installing them again my car will not start it cranks but it wont start how do I start it

Yes it is in the fuse box in the engine side!
Open ur engine hood in the right fender side u will see a black box, most of the fuse and relay are marked and u can replace it by ur own!
You will find the second fuse box on the right hand side of the steering wheel (australian - left hand side if in america) located underneath the power "mirrors" button. Follow the side power "mirrors" button down until you reach a false wall, unfasten this. another word for this is the "fascia"
Check all of the fuses & relays in BOTH fuse boxes. There's one fuse box under the hood, just 'north' of the battery. There's a second fuse box under the dash.
