If it runs with carb cleaner, then you have a fuel problem.the fuel pressure switch or regulator if you have 47psi pressure

Cold starting

Most common reason for no start cold with a lack of fuel is the fuel pump relay or the check valve in the pump.
The fuel line should have some pressure it it after sitting overnight. If not, the check valve in the pump may have let fuel flow back into the tank. It would take a few minutes of cranking to get it started.
Also, if the fuel pump relay is not working, the pump would not get power until the engine has oil pressure.

Engine will not run, seems like it is not getting gas?

Spray carb spray or starter fluid into intake hose then try to start. If starts then suspect fuel pump and or fuel pump relay. If does not start check spark. Pull off spark plug wire and ground to metal make sure no fuel is present and be careful not to spark yourself, crank car while grounding out wire if no spark suspect coil, fuse, ignition control module, crank sensor, wiring, or computer.

97 FORD WITH A STRIGHT 6 ,I INSALLED ROTER, PLUGS, MODGEL,EGR VALVE,IT WILL TURN OVER BUT WILL NOT START ,I DISCONNTED SENSOR BEFOR CAT CONVERT STILL WILL NOT START

First I would spray carburator cleaner into the intake(remove air filter) then if it don't start, check for spark. Reconnect your O2 sensor tho. That won't keep it from starting. Are you sure that you connected all the plug wires to the right plugs?

1987 chevy s10 will not run. changed weak fuel pump and prssure is fine now, swapped out ecm, replace fuel pressure switch, oil pressure sensor, distrib cap, rotor, elec chip on distrib, o2 sensor, map...

It does sound like a fuel problem, try running some jet cleaner through as you may have clogged jets. Sometimes, removal of air filter and placing the palm of your hand over the top of the carb's butterfly valve, will clear blocked jets when engine cranked over a couple of turns.
Also check the float valve is letting fuel in, could be stuck.
I hope this helps.
