Question about 2001 Hyundai Accent
Try a full tune up. Change the plugs and wires, maybe even the coil pack(s). Could also be a clogged fuel fiter or a weak fuel pump. Or even a clogged air filter. Get a guage or take it to a shop to check the fuel pressure. I don't know the pressure for a honda off hand, but its usually around 40 psi for a multipoint injected vehicle. You can go down to a parts store and get a repair manual that should tell you how to test and what the numbers should be.
