Question about 1994 Toyota Camry
Fuel injected vehicles will need to be primed when they run out of gas. Your going to have to turn the key on then off at least twenty times leaving it on for five seconds. You may need a half to full tank of gas to get the pump to prime. Another way is to get some carb cleaner, and while an assistant is cranking the vehicle, spray one second then quit for a second then repeat and get the car to start that way and just keep it up until it runs rougher or smoothens out, and let it idle for at least a minute to purge the air out of the system. The key is easier, unless you can figure the relay and bypass the relay to run the pump for at least 30 seconds. That should get it running again.
