Inside the water jacket on the intake manifold follow your top radiator hose and right where it hooks into your motor at the front of the engine is where the thermostat is recognized by 2 bolts securing it to your intake manifold
Its located on the RH side of the engine and above the transmission. The lower radiator hose(RH side) runs to an inlet pipe, at the end of the pipe there is the thermostat housing. The thermostat is located in the thermostat housing. Hopefully this helps!!
follow the top radiator hose to the engine and the dome looking end that the hose connects to is the thermostst housing remove the two or three bolts from that and the thermostst is under that
