I could not find what you were talking about - but when i went out to look for the thing in the luggage rack. however, i pulled on the flaps and tried it again and it closed. i am taking it to the mechanic tomorrow morning to see what happened. Thanks for your help! have a great night!

The right and/or left rear window regulator may have failed and when your top went down, it won't go up again due to that failed regulator...also look for something like a hairbrush or other foreign object that may have gotten stuck under the top (underneath)

When you press the top button...do you hear any noise coming from the lift motors?

Look behind a rubber cover of the left trim in the luggage compartment, a toggle handle is installed on the hydraulic unit...this handle will allow you to close the top

If you don't hear the top motor making any noise then I would check the fuse...the fuse may be blown and that may be the only problem...if it is blown and you replace it, your top should work perfect again

Do you know where your fuse box is located?
