SOURCE: 2005 trailblazer fan motor vibrates whole dash

It is very likely that there is something in the squirrel cage fan blower wheel. It is fairly easy to pull it out and check.

SOURCE: How do i remove the fan wheels from my 92 accord heater motor?

Difficult to describe without pics, but…:
Once you’ve removed the glove box (I assume you’ve done this, and maybe you already have the motor out, in which case you can ignore most of this down to the underlining)
If the vehicle is equipped with air conditioning, remove the strap bolt (between the two nuts for the evaporator on the left and the two nuts for the blower housing (the housing is probably white) on the right, just a bit lower than those) then the blower under-cover and the three blower housing retaining nuts (two nuts at the top, already mentioned, and the nut at the bottom, which is roughly between the evaporator on the left and the blower housing cover on the right).
Pull the housing out far enough to unplug the electrical connectors (at the lower right edge, right above the kick panel) and remove the blower assembly housing.
If you’re replacing the blower motor itself, or either of the blower fan wheels, separate the two halves of the housing, remove the motor, remove the retaining clip(s) and remove the fan wheel(s). Easier said than done in may cases. The wheels, from heat and cold over many years, become very set on the blower rod. You'll have to work them off using whatever break-free lube you can find to do it, and a good deal of slight twisting, etc.
Installation is reverse. Then check for proper operation, before you put them back.
Hope this is at least helpful.

The heater fan needs to be replaced. I think the bearing is bad cause it makes a vibration noise when its on HI. Just need to know the location of the fan and is it easy to replace.

You should be able to see it under the hood on the passenger side of the car. If you have trouble identifying it...just follow the noise. To replace it all you have to do is disconnect the electrical connector. remove the screws from the motor flange, and remove the motor and fan assembly as an assembly. Your new blower motor may or may not come with a new fan. You may have to transfer the fan from one motor to the other. If it is vibrating really bad, the fan itself may be damaged and you might have to replace it also. There are blower assemblies for some vehicles that come with a new fan already installed - check with your local parts supplier.

A/C and heater raddle/vibration when fan control turned on

That vibration is caused by something lying in the fan. This causes an imbalance in the fan that gives off the vibration. You will have to remove the blower motor in order to get to the fan and clear the fan of whatever is stuck in the fan.

Heater fan broblem

You have some type of foreign material in the fan. Under the dash, on the passenger side, locate the fan motor. Remove the electical plug, and the 3 screws that holds the fan motor onto the housing; drop the fan straight down, after removing the 3 screws. Clean out the debris, and reinstall the fan. Easy to do.
