Question about 2002 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
May have a light on somewhere that you don't normally see--like the trunk or under the hood. Is the interior light on? It has to be a small lamp or other load to discharge the battery in that length of time. Look for this at night so that it can be spotted (if a light). Other things can be anything that normally has power at all times, like electric door locks, key-less entry, clock, burglar alarm, and the engine computer. Disconnect each item singly to track this down. I have no idea what the dealer changed--apparently the weight of your wallet. A small battery charger might be a good investment instead of running the engine daily.
