Rudy, From the factory, the Buick LaCrosse probably had no grease fittings on it. Over time parts may have been changed, the new parts may or may not of had grease fittings. Grease fittings for steering could be found on lower ball joints and outer tie rod ends if they had been replaced. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck
