The front brake rotors are warped out of true, either have them machined true or replace them.

Rear end shakes violently at low speeds

Very good possibility that you have a tire with a belt that slipped.

Chevrolet Trailblazer Problems

When does it shake? Low speed, off brake... Bad tires. High speed off brake... Balance tires. High speed on brakes... Rotors. Trucks and AWD can be transfer case, diff, ujoints, out of balance driveshaft and tires. Have your car lifted and walk around it, always check tires, ballpoints, tie rode ends

2004 ford freestar 4.2L engine...high pitched

this sounds odd but mine did this when i replaced the wipers. it seems the design of the wiper frame was making a whistle at higher speeds. the freestar wipers are exposed on the window cowl and not hidden so they endure the winds at high speed. it is worth a shot.

You replaced the actuator and motor ? That should have fixed the problem. It seems that the replacement of the actuator thermister is still not working properly. Some of the newer actuator switches are not very good. Get one for an older truck . it has been said they are better quality . But the newer ones sometimes don't work.

I would check your hubs for free play. I would also check your ball-joints and tie-rod ends. Let me know if I can be of anymore assistance.
