Recently my wife was driving to work during a summer afternoon here in AZ THe A.C. and blinkers quit working, and blew out the blue-colored 15-amp fuse. I have checked what I know but cannot find the problem. Where do I go next?

Was this fuse for the a/c compressor or was it for the blower motor? did you replace fuse? did it blow out again? if blower motor fuse, blower motor may be dragging drawing excessive power, causing fuse to blow.

Smoke blue

Check what thickness your oil is that your using. My Sonata was blowing blue smoke during winter & it was because i was using the 50W thick oil so i changed it to a 30W which is a thinner oil & the smoke stopped. But use the thicker 50W during summer. If this doesn't help, you might have a burnt valve(s) or your rings have gone! Goodluck anyway. :)

Replace blinker fuse with what watt

The one that is blown Is what color and what number is printed on it. The color and number go together. For example if the fuse is blue and it has the number 15 on it than you will need to replace it with another blue 15 amp fuse. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

Is there a difference between a 15 amp light blue fuse and the same thing in a darker blue color?? The original light blue fuse blew, and I replaced it with a darker blue 15 amp, which in turn also...

No, the reason the fuse blew is because the positive lead in the circuit is connecting to a ground (negative) lead. There is a short some where in this circuit.

Practically you can check on the harness and connectors to the instrument cluster for loose connectivity. remove the dashboard carefully and cehcck for dry solder or loose connections, use a lens to check for pcb line break or cracks.

Wife was sitting in the car idling with ac on. refrigerant blew

Yes the system could have been over filled. Or the pressure switch could have been stuck closed not allowing the compressor to kick off. Unless the AC relay had gotten stuck as well. Your best bet is to take it to a shop and have them check the switch and the system. You may have either blown a seal or a line.

No blower for heater 1993 nissan altima

It is very possible you blew a fuse. There are two 15 amp fuses for the blower motor, make sure you check both of them.
