Not that hard if you are mechanically inclined. The flat rate book time is .8 of an hour. You need to remove the steering wheel bezel covers and the switch is held in place by clips.
switch ignition on, engine off. fully open window fully close window, lift and hold window close switch until window motor emits a clicking sound, repeat procedure for remaining windows, switch ignition off. sound like battery been replaced disconnected, if this procedure dont work let dealership check it out.could have blowed window switch fuse to that door.
Try this, turn your ignition to on position but do not start and push gas pedal to the floor 3 times and turn switch off then start engine an see it works.
Hello,
When did this happen? Have you tried turning the steering wheel to one side (then try to turn the key) or the other side (then turn the key)? If your steering wheel is kinked a little bit the key will not turn. Use a little force and turn the steering wheel one (holding the wheel turn the key) way then the other (holding the wheel turn the key) trying the key each turn. Don't be afraid to use a little force. The best thing to use in an ignition is graphite (just a little in the ignition)
Regards,
Tony
