Question about 1992 Mercedes-Benz Mercedes Benz 300 Class
I recently replaced my windscreen and after closer insopection I realised it was a rush job. the technician actually cut away some of the protective plastic gridding just below the bonnet and one side looks slightly different to the other
is it possible that this is linked to the windscreen fogging up and hjas anybody out there had a similiar problem-
IF THE WINDSHIELD FOGS UP YOU HAVE MAY A LEAKING HEATER CORE, THE SLOPPY INSTALL WOULD BE IRRATATING BUT NOT THE CAUSE ANY FOGGING

The technician may have 'scuttled' the glass when he fitted it and might have moved the bond line at the bottom enough to cause a gap whilst the glue was still in a liquid state - take it back and get them to air test it around the bottom of the glass....
