The car starts but idels at 2500 3000 rpm's and i replace tps,and check for ripped vacum hoses have seen none,i dont know what it could be

Sounds like the EGR valve and pdfe sensor this controls idle. (Also on the TPS make sure its turn counter clockwise one screw hole is slotted and will change idle speed responds. With it on the throttle body unloosen screws and move one way or the other listen to motor the motor should idle down or up abit then tighten. Idle speed for a 5.0 500rpms.)

Truck idles in park but drops to about 500rpms and lower if idling in drive and dies.

sounds like the idle air control vavle. when you put a load on the engine such as putting it in gear or using the ac or turning sharply, the iac is suppose to let more air in so the engine will idle up a little. if its stuck and you load the engine by pulling it in gear it will let the idle drop and possibly die.

1989 toyota corolla rpm goes down than up

First thing to look for would be vacuum leaks. Make sure all your hoses are good and tight, and no cracks. With the engine running, wiggle them around and listen for a hissing. Then check all your intake bolts for tightness. You may have a leaking EGR valve, or a plugged PCV. Make sure your air filter is clean. Try those for a start, and let me know. Good luck.

Surging and high idle on 94 silverado

If your idle is going from 500rpms to 1000rpm's fluctuating at and idle your EGR valve is probably carbon up and needs cleaned or replace.
