Provided you use the correct grade of oil as stipulated by Toyota for your engine(you have NOT identified your model and engine)(check your owners manual) and provided you use the formulation suitable for Toyota engines you will be fine using the correct grade fully synthetic oil. There are sometimes 2 or 3 different formulations in exactly the same grade for some oil brands so make sure you select the correct one.
Some oil companies offer oil selector programs for customer use on their web sites so if unsure use these systems to ensure you are using the correct oil..
SOURCE: best synthetic oil and battery
Mobil one or Castrol brand, use 10W-30W, the best battery around is made by Delco (they make a battery for your car), yes that is GM.
SOURCE: i don't know what weight of oil my car takes. i
You can get a professional consult free from mobile 1 at 1800 033-0863. It appears that 10w-30 and 10w-40 are commonly used in this make but the climate you live in could make a difference as well as your driving style. If the engine runs hot you'll want a heavier weight possibly but if you are in a cold climate that might not be the best thing. I'd call the number.
SOURCE: Is it safe to put
It depends on if the oil already in the car is synthetic of conventional. If the oil in the car is synthetic already you will be fine adding that. If it is conventional you will want to do a complete oil change and change the filter.
Hope this helps.
SOURCE: can i use full synthetic engine oil in a Toyota corolla 1997 ?
Yes, but there is no point to doing so. Just use ordinary oil and change that and the oil filter at the minimum intervals.
