Not without a specific wiring diagram--the computer needs a number of connections to run the engine. If it could be fitted with a carburetor and mechanical ignition distributor, it would be more easy, but still a lot of work just to take it out and destroy it.

Im wondering about a ford crown vic which i want to fix its been sitting and the battery is dead something drains it does anyone know why? and would the engine be ok after sitting for a long time?

Follow the red wire(smaller one) from the battery to where it meets the red wire from the alternator. At this point, probably near the main engine fuse box, there will either be a fuse or fusible link. Check to make sure not burnt out. To test: Use multimeter and touch red to red and black to black on battery and get a read. Then touch black to black on battery and red to the wire from the alternator on the other side of the fuse or link. If the read is zero the fuse or link is bad and needs replaced. Do this with the vechicle off and at least some charge in the battery. Other possibility is a parasitic drain from a frayed or corroded wire possibly on the starter's wire.

Then the alternator or internal solenoid is not working

1995 crown vic smells hot and like sulphur, it also

The heading cut off your symptoms, it appears. Catalytic converters that are failing can get hot and smell like rotten eggs. Sometimes they break apart inside and cause blockage. Depending on the severity of the condition, it may cause the engine to run poorly or even stall if bad enough.
This is only a possibility, it would have to be checked. The smell of sulphur and considering the age of the vehicle may indicate the converter should be checked.

Think i cut the wrong wire it wont start

you cut the wires to the fuel pump go to autozone website and look at the repair manuals and then you will have a choice of wire diagrams that can tell you what color wire goes to what. but if you have the wire sticking out where you cut them put **** connectors on the wires and you should be able to get the pump going again. i would also say you may have blown the fuse for the fuel so if its does not start humming when you turn the key and you should hear something check the fuse.
