There are small clips around the perimeter. Gently, use a small Prybar (preferably plastic) to pry the panel from the door body. When you have pried a few of them loose, use a flashlight to peek inside.....sometimes there will be other plastic locators inside.

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

SOURCE: Hi,can anyone tell me how to remove the lock
Hello Mel.
Some of these can be a pain. We all need small hands to work in some places.
Here is the list in the manual.
Front Door Outer Handle Replacement
NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.
Remove the bolt, then remove the center lower channel (A) with the center lower glass run channel (B) by pulling it downward.
Remove the screw, and release the hook (A), then remove the lock rod protector (B) by detaching the clip (C).
Disconnect the outer handle rod (A) and cylinder rod (B).
Release the retainer clip (A) with a hook- shaped tool. Remove the lock cylinder (B).
Remove the screw, then separate the lock cylinder (A) and cylinder switch (B).
Disconnect the cylinder switch connector (A), and detach the harness clips (B), and remove the cylinder switch harness (C).
Remove the maintenance seal (A), and remove the bolt, then remove the cylinder protector (B).
Remove the bolt, then remove the spacer (A).
There you are!
Hope you get it done!

Remove the water pump assembly to the timing chain housing bolts (2).
2. Remove the water pump.
3. Remove the water pump O-ring.
IMPORTANT:
The drive belt tensioner must be unloaded and the drive belt removed
before the water pump is removed.
