Do you have automatic temperature control? If so there is no fan switch (mechanical that is) it is done through a electronic speed control circuit. The dealer can scan the systems control module and it will generate fault codes for any issues it detects in the Heating/Ac system. You may just have a defective blower motor as well but you gave very little information about exactly what is occurring in the fan, no fan only one speed etc. Please add additional info for more precise help. Thanks have a good day.

SOURCE: fuse location
There is not a fuse listed for heated seats but fuse 16 is for heated mirrors and fuse 11 is power seats. i'm guessing one of those should also control the heated seats.

It is under the glove box on the left side of the console. Pull off the cover and you will find a fuse chart.
SOURCE: Buick Rendezvous 2002 need codes?
the BCM needs to be programmed to operate the computer. a GM techII is now required to calibrate BCM to airbag, stereo, keyless entry, and control pcm data. This is required to make it all work. a gm service should have it done within an hour or less just call and ask them how much it would be to program new BCM. it might cost @$75 to $125 but it is needed, to allow the BCM to work properly.
Testimonial: "ok...i bought the bcm on line (used)...but the gays in the dealer says i have to buy a new one..because the used cannot be to reflashed...or recoded."
SOURCE: where is the starter located on my 2002 buick rendezvous?
a single click usually means the starter. multiple rapid clicks while the key is in start position usually means battery...if battery bad, could be due to alternator, but you likely would have noticed a battery light on the dash while driving before.
