Remote key fob wont work after installing a new battery in car 1993 Lincoln mark VIII

Try replacing the battery in the key fob first. If that dosent do it, run the car battery entirely down, ( via headlights, radio, etc ) and then recharge the battery. This should rest the computer.

How do I remove headlight lens from 1996 mark VIII

i think you will find that the headlight is a 'sealed unit' so removal of lense is not viable ,given the age of vehicle i would expect it to be the reflector that is causing a dim beam ,search ebay for a good used replacement

My headlights blink on & off at night.

Could be the switch or the relay. Recommend replacing the relay as an easy option that might solve your problem. The headlight relay is in the engine compartment relay box on driver's side.
