A milky appearance in your oil, means water has entered the crankcase. Are you sure it's milky, not just foamy? Make sure your oil level is not too high. I would change the oil and filter! Check the level of coolant and keep an eye on it. If it steadily drops and your oil level steadily rises, then you may have an internal leak that is allowing coolant to enter. If the leak is small, A can of Barrs stop leak may fix you up!
Milky oil indicates coolant is getting into the oil . These engines are know for intake manifold gasket problems .
