Hi have just dropped the transmission gearbox and bell housing out of my triton , tried to get a replaced unit but they have only sent a replacement gearbox hence why now the need to remove the old bell housing and the works from the old to be able to interchange the gearbox ! Have remove the two pin out of the 3 gear selectors to try and be able to do this but am having trouble removing the centre pin ... So at this point unsure as to how I can best go about removing the final split pin type part from the centre gear selector as it seems to not want to budge or punch out unlike the other two ! Is there something we can do to free it up to be able to remove this split type pin as it now is the only thing stopping us now ... And is so frustrating ! Any help would be greatly appreciated ... As we have had no luck thru so called authorised repair service places so far !
