Sounds like you have a frozen brake caliper, lift right wheel off ground and remove tire, try to spin disk if you cannot then u need to remove caliper try using a c-clamp and compress inner pad and see if piston will move inward if yes check for leak and clean retry and if still doesn't work or cannot move piston in replace caliper. It most likely has rusted and seized from long term sitting.

Mazda b2200 when i hit breaks the engine shuts off

my wild guess, you are driving car? not parked
eg: im driving along, i see a stop sign and slow and as i slow to
a stop , the engine stalls? bingo:?
but, i can save the stall with a fast right foot.
real easy save?, hard save? or IMPOSSIBLE?

if easy save tad hard, the EGR valve just stuck open,
clean the EGR main valve.
if impossible , say so.

super easy save might be , stuck ISC. (idle speed contoller) same
fix, clean it. in fact at 50k we clean both, per the service schedules.
all cars .

My 1999 mercedes ml 320 was hit very hard while backed into a parking stall, body damage was repaired but it still has other damages, it has a lift kit and it now starts veering too much to the right

I think the rear axle is out of alignment a simple thrust angle alignment should cure the problem . provided the wheels and tires are not out of round and the front angle alignment is correct another possibility is radial tire pull and may not be related at all if you swap the front tires and the pull switches side you know you have a slipped cord inside the tire and they cannot be seen usually but will drive an alignment tech batty
