Mileage is 95500 now and I am the 2nd owner. I have installed new tires recently as well. It is frnt wheel drive automatic. David
Could be out of alignment or a wheel sensor. If you take it in for an alignment it has to a shop that can deal with traction control sensors. The days of old wheel alignments are gone. IF the computer senses the wheels out of alignment then it believe the vehicle is slipping and gives an error.
Testimonial: "Thanks, but I had Goodyear check alignment about a year ago and it was within speckes. Of course that was about 2000 miles before the new tires. I have not hit anything to need a realignment."

This issue was corrected so far by replacing the EGR sensor and resetting the check engine alarm.
