Really...I would imply that a lawsuit was coming...The dealer can get what is called a certa unit form the factory and replace your trans...they then send yours back to factory for diagnosis and rebuild.

Drive it for a bit and check transmission fluid. If low, add a half liter. Try again. If fluid is showing grey on a white cloth, get it checked at tranny shop.

The Lexus dealer do not over haul or replace any parts on the transmission. That is there company policy.
but a shop like AAmco can check it out.
I would suggest to let a transmission shop test drive it for free.

2002 Chevy silverado, at speeds of 60+ mph, it feels like the transmission slips or it sputters(hesitates), but only at high speeds

Are you certain that it is the transmission and not the engine misfiring? I would recommend scanning your onboard computer network to BEGIN proper diagnosis.

Im working on a 1993 cutlass ciera 3.3L it was missing pretty bad and i changed the plugs and wires also i change the fuel filter still missing but not as bad as before i only gaped the spark plugs at 040...

That 3.3 liter buick engine uses the magnavox coilpack and they are prone to failure. They will give you a weak spark and the engine will be hard starting when it gets to be 30degrees out or colder. The spark output will dissapear when put under a larger load (steping on gas 1/2 throttle or more) causing the engine to misfire at that time. those engine always ran rough at an idle so dont take that as a definate skip. you will never get that engine to run so smoothe that it doesnt wiggle a little when just standing there looking at it. due to the lack of spark and power when it looses spark when moving and giving it 1/2 throttle or so, the transmission will jump into passing gear or 3rd to 2nd(downshift) suddenly because you are giving it the command to by giving it 1/2 throttle. fix the skip and the transmission will prabably act normally. you can usually tell if the coilpack is bad by removing 2 oposing spark plug wires and using a multimeter on the ohms scale, ohm the coil posts out and you should have aproximately 15,000ohms. if you have more than 18,000 or less than 12,000ohms you definately need to replace the coil. the car could have many diffrent problems causing what you have described but my money is on the coilpack. I worked at the G.M. dealer for 15 years and have replace MANY of them.
Good luck , Scott
P.S. - Yes , regap your plugs to .060" but that will not cause he skip

Kia sedona 2005 when driving feels like transmission is skipping, hesitating. What is doing on? Just had new transmission put in 7 months ago.

When does it skip and hesitate? While your driving or taking off or turning a corner?

It sounds like an automatic.

I have a 97 buick lesabre with 3.8, at about 45-55mph it will stumble or hesitate when attempting to accelerate. Once it down shift and the revs get up it smooths out and pulls well

Replace plugs and wires at the same time to fix. It goes to lock up mode in the transmission at that speed and this is when you most notice a slight skip or miss.

2007 Lincoln MKZ, very intermittent transmission hesitation

This is going to be either a programing issue in the transmission control module or an main control valve body concern. This vehicle is under warranty for 48 months or 50000 miles so I would have my local dealer take a look at it.
Ford has a new techincal service bulletin out on a concern similar to what you are describing. It states that if vehicle has less then 20000 miles to reprogram the PCM and TCM, if it has over 20000 miles they recommend to replace the main conrol valve body. The TSB number is 08-24-01
