When the turn signals quit working pull up , down , front to back an back to front on the turn signal switch handle . Do they work when doing this ? Pontiac had bad switch . The power for the turn signals goes through the flasher / hazard module . Could be the switch or the module.
The HAZARD LPS fuse in the left hand instrument panel (LH IP) junction block supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module, which is part of the hazard switch assembly. The TURN LPS fuse in the LH IP junction block supplies ignition positive voltage to the flasher module. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the flasher module's output to the turn signal switch assembly. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, all the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.

Both of my turn signals quit working at the same time... all the fuses are fine and the flashers still work....

There might be a flasher for "Hazard lights" and one for turn signals. Probably same part, swap them and see if turn signals start working, and hazards quit working.

Signal lights only work intermittenly

The blinker relay is getting worn out. It's right behind the hazard lights switch. Pull off the black trim around the radio, hazard, ets, and the relay is write there. Next time the blinkers stop working hit the hazard button or hit the trim just above the hazard lights button. Mines been doing it off and on and I just hit the trim above the hazard button and they start blinking again. Never have time or remember to get a new relay.

!997 Ford Thuderbird brake lights and hazards do not work

Lets start at the beginning.
The turn signals and brake lights use different fuses but both go thru the turn signal switch and use the same bulbs.
Have you checked the fuses for each circuit and does each switch have power in and out ?

Turn signal doesn't come on until I hit my hazard light on & off

it could be duel filament bulb that is blown and shorting inside the bulb to the other circuit, you may need to remove all indicator and hazard bulbs and check. I would also try a new flasher can

Headlights and turn signals stopped working

First off, do you have a knob on the dash for the headlights, or do you have a lever on the column that turns them on? If you have the lever on the column, and you can turn on the highbeams by pulling back on the turn signal stalk, and hitting the hazard button turns the flashers on, then chances are the stalk is bad (it's called the combination switch and it's a common failure on the B5 chassis cars (the Passat and Audi A4)).

Try that out - hit the hazard button and see if the hazards work. Pull back on the stalk and see if the high beams come on (they should - toggling like that uses a circuit that is separate from the usual headlight circuits).

Post back up with the results of these checks:

Headlight switch on column or dash?
Highbeams turn on when turn signal stalk is pulled back?
Hazard button activates hazard lights?

Let me know what you find out and I'll be able to tell you more definitely.

The turn signals and hazard lights quit working temporarily

About the only thing that would cause both the turn signals and hazard lights not to work at the same time would be the flasher relay.
