Those are throttle body codes. Make sure the harness is plugged into the throttle body sensor. Also make sure you didn't get any wiring harness trapped between the transmission and engine (seen this many times)
Sounds pretty likely to be the iac. there should be a test for that - find it in the chiltons or haynes repair manual for your year, make model car - books found at yoru local auto parts store or local library - call ahead to be sure it is in stock Best regards Ck
The wiring harness coming from the solonoid/power distribution has one small guage wire splitting into three different medium guage wires. I have ran into this problem quite often on mustangs, and what I have found that works is take the split out of it, and run all three wires with fusible links added to them straight from the solonoid
