Check all fuses in the fuse panel and, if all fuses test OK, check for adequate ground connection to the dash panel.

While driving, speed od, gas gage and cold/hot gage and amp all go to zero.

Loose or cracked wire(s) feeding dash instruments, could be at the back side of fuse box.

You have to change the main cables behind the dash board because they froze shut on you.

My rpm gage is not working, my speedometer is not working, my gas gage is not working, and my oil gage is not working, and my temperature gage is not working pretty much when i start up my car and drive it...

I'd wager that the fuse that controls the gauges is shot, or one of the internal connectors got unplugged (Fuse sounds more likely). Radio, Lights, and Turn Lamps are usually on seperate circuits.

The odometrer, speedometer, gas gage are not working

Has anyone had the dash out? If you take the dash out there is a cable connected to the odometer and the speedometer it is just one cable. And some wires going to the gas gage. Check and make sure the cable is connected all the way. The gas gage may also be disconnected somewhere but there could be different problems that cause the gas gage to be disabled. !Never touch two wires at the same time!
