If water got into the tranny itself there is close to no way to remove it.
A tranny flush only removes a small portion of fluid in the tranny.

SOURCE: my transmission wont shift from 2nd to 3rd gear

did you drop the pan replace the filter and add four to five quarts,If still a problem try doing a full transmission flush at a quick lube.
A transmission flush with Lucas trans tune up will probably fix your non shift issue, try this first before looking into a new tranny !

SOURCE: 156,000 mi./automatic transmission slipping/slow to change gears

Nope. There is a drain plug on the transmission case. It is a simple drain and fill. Odyssey transmissions do not have a filter.

Most important is making sure the trans is full, especially after doing a
trans service, since the torque convertor needs to be under a load when filling it, to completely be full. If you had the vehicle running and shifted
it through the gears while filling it up with tranny fluid, your good, but if
not, check it again.

SOURCE: Slipping transmission.

The friction plates maybe well worn and need replaced. Torque converter may be failing. Automatic transmissions can and will wear out in time. 14 years is alot for any vehicle.

If it has over one hundred and twenty thousand Klm I am wondering if the transmission filter is dirty. Our car was not shifting right and I changed the transmission fluid and filter and it ran good for many months after that.

Is my transmission bad

Try driving it in each gear and change gears manually if its slipping you should be able to feel the slip in whichever gear is causing the problem. If the tranny is original with 230K on it, it would have been a good idea to adjust the bands on it when you did the oil change. Overfilling and under filling will give you the same problem because in both cases the fluid gets aerated, causing it to slip. Make sure the levels are correct for the temp of the fluid.

Loose power while driving, wont go into gear unless cut truck off first

Check the fluid level of the transmission. Check fluid quality. It should be red in color and smell clean. If it's dark and has a burnt odor, your transmission is slipping and is on it's way out.
