You may need to go to a Ford dealer for this information. If the car was bought 2nd hand the dealer may have written code on outside of radio. If you have original documentation it may be written in the owners manual. Hope this helps

You may have to contact ford dealer, look through owners manual first to make sure that it is not noted down on a sticky label on the inside . It may also be written on the out side of the radio if the car was bought 2nd hand from a car dealer.
