Not knowing what kind of at it is makes it hard, but from the sounds you have a coil that's just starting to go bad, or sparks plugs need to be replaced
do a stall test, like start engine let it run then hold the brake pedal with your other foot raise rpm to put load on engine if you feel the hesitate then it could be spark plugs wire or injectors

Grab a can of throttlebody spray cleaner, and remove I.A.C. motor (idle air control) spray it clean especially pintle (pointed end) and port (hole) in came out of. re-install & try, if better for a while then starts to do it again, replace it.
