This is a symptom of a problem in your steering box. If you have checked your power steering fluid and it is ok, and you havent had trouble otherwise, you should look first to your gear box and then to your tie rod. Ahain, its likely the steering gear box.

SOURCE: locked steering wheel
try to spray inside the key lock cylinder (the place where u put ur key ) by PB puster or WD40 then turn the steering wheel lift and right with try to turn the key to position on
